Burger King - Brooklyn

The sundae could have been improved, but the sandwich was delicious.

I ordered a Philly Melt but received a crispy chicken Philly wrap instead. Now I have to contact customer service to get a credit for the difference. They were also out of burgers? They even got my Whopper order wrong. The label on the wrapping confirmed my order, but the contents were not correct. What's happening, Burger King?

The food was very good, halfsies idea was a stroke of genius. But I wish they would get one of those Japanese systems that seals soda cups with a sheet of plastic. Even though they put a sticker over the cut for the straw, and put the soda in a separate sealed paper bag, Im very glad that the entire order was in a sturdy plastic bag because soda got all over.

Croissants werent toasted (tasted like dough almost/just unfrozen)

I ordered 2 Double Cheese Whoppers and 2 Junior Whoppers, but I received 4 Junior Whoppers instead. The only item that was correct was the Big Fish sandwich.
