Burger King - Brooklyn

They are completely slow and confused their order. I asked for a limo, they gave me the wrong ones, they gave me something, I didn't ask. I don't think they're reading what's on the reception

There are food efficient and good in good price. but there is customer service not very helpful.

I liked this Burger King way better in 2019. In 2019 they used to be a little bit faster, they played good music back then and they gave you your drink at the register. Now they give you the soda with your order and they make it before your order is ready so it gets watery, they also take forever I waited 20+ for my food last time and they have an awkward music playlist that plays music from a long time ago then they’ll play the worst pop song ever. Also there is no point of playing music if you can barely hear it and it only plays in one part of the restaurant. Y’all also need to open the 2nd floor because it’s way too ghetto on the 1st floor and back then in 2019 the 2nd floor was always clean. The food is still good tho.
