Fishermans Cove - Brooklyn

I visit this restaurant every Thursday night. The food is amazing and the staff are all very courteous. I am surprised by the negative reviews, as I have always had a great experience here. The food alone is worth a visit. I suggest giving them a try.

Big portions. Rice and peas, oxtail , stewed chicken, all good. I'll be back for the goat.

They have fell off after all these years of coming here I've had bad service B4 and great food but to receive both is just outrageous. And disrespectful on every level. So the server of this location gives me rock hard plantains that have been over cooked and hardened to the point I almost cracked a tooth after I asked the server why would he give this to anyone who comes here to eat the man just looked at me rolled his eyes then looked away like I wasn't even talking to him. So I said you should be ashamed of yourself to give anyone food that can't be eating. Smh. I will never step one foot back in there never again. And I don't think any one should. The food is awful and so is the service2 thumbs ?? down. Waste of my money. To top it off. I also paid for a festival bread that I had to ask for after my meal was done. Smh oily dry on the inside just bad all around

The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The cashier taking orders was rude and impatient. The restaurant appeared run down and likely would not pass a health inspection.
