Bidra med feedbackThis place has excellent and unique desserts. You can literally see the 8th avenue N station from the window as you enjoy your yum yum dessert. I got the Fuji mountain with a original wage, sweetened red bean, sweetened condensed milk, sliced almond, shredded coconut, mochi, and matcha ice cream. Perfection!
Came by last night for Snowy Durian, it was delicious! The staff inside was extremely nice. Will come back to try new stuff!
I loveeee their durian puree in their durian series! But I've also tried their sweet taro mochi series and sadly, those were pretty bad... Be warned that most desserts are served mostly room temperature (it's not cold), unless your dessert comes with ice cream. Kinda sucks when it's hot as hell outside and you just walked in expecting a freezing bowl of mango/watermelon sago Snowy Durian $8: this is my favorite! It's served with two scoops of basic vanilla ice cream but omg, combined with the durian puree and the choice of pudding, each bite is cold, creamy, and so refreshing. Their durian in dessert form is very strong and doesn't taste artificial Durian Smoothie $6: I liked this, but in smoothie form, the durian taste isn't strong at all so for durian newbies, this would be a good test drink :D Durian Supreme $9: not sure why this costs more than the snowy, probably because of the black glutinous rice? I wouldn't get this again because I don't like the texture of each bite if I'm eating a durian dessert, I want everything to be smooth and creamy, so the rice ruins that for me Fresh Watermelon Sago $6: I wished everything in this bowl was colder! Still refreshing, but doesn't really help me get relief from the heat
The deserts here are amazing and the service is awesome. They have a great selection of treats and the prices are very reasonable.
I ordered some Mango Pomelos to go today and this review is solely based off this one item on their menu. The mango in it was extremely unripe that it was like a block of wood. As if that wasn't bad enough, the pomelo was also so bitter that Chinese medicine mellows in comparison. Clearly, they don't care about their food quality because they feel comfortable serving borderline inedible food to their customers. This is the equivalent of buying fried chicken from Popeyes and finding out the meat is still raw after bringing it home. I tried my best to pick out all the fruit and salvage the edible parts of this and stopped because I realized that I was picking out mangoes and pomelo from a Mango Pomelo!!! This dessert is based off those 2 fruits and somehow you guys messed up on both of them! The kicker is that we ordered multiple Mango Pomelos and ALL of them were like this so we had to throw everything out. Too bad I live far away or I would have brought it back to them so they can taste the atrocity they sell.
