Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

Many things wrong with this McDonald's.1 workers are rude2. they got the command of my friend wrong (they took 2 nuggets away from his 6 pieces)3. they would not allow him to demand his deal from the app4. we waited 10 minutes and no one was there to take his second job (we landed on the way)5. No one takes that **** out. the load smells bad7. soda tastes like gay, I was with other mcdonalds around the city, but no one is as bad as this. can yall be better?

This McDonald's is the most disorganized I have ever been to. The employees are very disappointing, the restaurant is not busy, they often make mistakes with orders, and when you do manage to get their attention, they are usually busy. I have been here twice and experienced the same issues both times. It is not worth eating here.

They gave me a small milkshake instead of a medium. They didn’t give me my large fries. No straws, no ketchup, no napkins. How can someone mess up an order so much. Awful location. Dirty everywhere. Avoid if possible.

I would recommend getting a gyro from a food cart instead of getting a sandwich from this restaurant branch. It's not as good as McDonald's.

Don't waste your time with this place. Got in at 8:30, booked through automated kiosk. Waiting line to cashier is 15 minutes, because they take sweet time to chat in the kitchen. Then cashier announced that my order was deleted because of some mistake. fine, re-ordered at the counter with the cashier. Another 5 minutes lost. Then had to wait another 25 minutes for the order. In at 8:30, out at 9:23. I want 53 minutes of my life back. Ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere.
