We've been frequenting this restaurant since their 1st location on Washington Ave, and they have grown tremendously. They have more food options and the atmosphere is better. The place looks great but workers have poor attitude and were handling money and food while wearing the same gloves.

Terrible Cutomer service!!Was excited to get a smoothie and waited a full 10 minutes and not one of the 3 employees even looked over to acknowledge me or say they would take my order in a minute .I was the only one at the counter. They just kept working on an order and talking to an employee leaned against the wall doing nothing.Two more people walked in and after minutes of them also not being acknowledged asked if I’d already ordered to which I said no, no one has even looked over. It’s a small place and relatively empty so it’s intentional to be so blantanly disregarding to a patron.Outside of greeting being basic customer/business etiquette, it is common courtesy and standard decency to notice, greet and/or inform a customer that you’ll be with them especially after such an extended wait time at your counter in such close proximity. It’s not hard. Plain rude.
