Nature's Grill Cafe - Brooklyn

Ordered a hot wrap and instead got a cold and tasteless bowl of rice.

Got the chicken Caesar wrap for delivery. It came pretty quickly but was mediocre. Probably wouldn't order this again, better to stop in for a quick snack.

Very efficient, very tasty food, super friendly and accommodating. Love them. I recommend to someone who wants a quick bite to eat. Not too noisy they're right on the corner , you can see many people from the neighborhood walk by

Although the food is good. The service is horrible. I ordered food at 11:22am. Over an hour and half went by and the food still wasn’t even out to be delivered. I sat on hold for over 15 mins before hanging up and trying 4 more times to contact someone. Finally after 25 mins i was able to reach someone and they told me it would take another 30 mins because they were really busy. If i knew it would take 2 hours for my food i would of never placed an order with them!!!!

Pretty good food actually, I had a good split pea soup and chicken quesadilla. A mango smoothie was a tasteless sugary ice bomb which I should not have ordered (and which kind of makes no sense in the winter). So the problem is that they use every opportunity to waste plastic (see photos). Not only plastic throwaway containers for the smoothie, but also for their wheat grass drink, and even for the cream that comes with the quesadilla. Is it really asking too much for restaurants to serve food (and drinks) using actual dishes? Do we still live in the 50 's? What an irony that the place call 's itself Nature 's Grill and then they do their best to destroy nature by maximizing their output of trash. To top everything off, a customer who picked up take out food was asked Do you want a plastic bag? for this food that was already packaged in a paper bag (he declined). At the very least one might wait for customers to ask for a plastic bag rather than to force one upon them.
