The General Greene - Brooklyn

Came here for dinner, the place was nice with low lights and felt very cozy. We ordered the Burger which was great, smoked chicken which was delicious, and creme roulette which was OK. Service was quick and good, and over all it was a nice experience. The problem was with the drinks, they weren't that good. Prices were fair enough for the food. Try it if you are in the area.

We came between brunch and dinner (roughly 4pm on a Saturday), and unfortunately the only items available were a Kobe burger and a veggie burger. Fortunately, the Kobe burger was delicious. And the fries (they were the skinny kind) were even better and I'm a fry snob. It was mostly empty when we arrived, but by the time the dinner service started at 5pm, it started to fill up quickly.

The space is amazing, cozy and beautifully decorated. Reminds me of the restaurants I've been to in France. The food is good. Not the best pizza in Brooklyn but it's good they are half off during happy hour. Can't really beat it.

Fantastic food and friendly wait staff. Great place for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The wait for food is a bit longer than usual but the quality more than makes up for it. There's usually a good crowd here at peak times. It won't be overly loud, but not a place for intimate/quiet conversation at those times.

The food is good and it's a great spot with outdoor seats which are great if you have dogs or kids, but the service totally sucks.
