Trix - Brooklyn

We had made a reservation at this restaurant for a special birthday dinner, as we were visiting the city. We used OpenTable to book a table for a Saturday night. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found out that it was closed for renovations for several weeks. All the lights were out and there was a note on the door informing us of the closure.

The food was tasty, but the service provided was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

We came to the restaurant and it was grounded and closed! we had to go somewhere else.

The worst place I’ve ever been! The wait staff was so rude. Waited an hour for my food they brought out the rest of my parties and then told me they didn’t have my chicken caeser salad and I could pick something then. When I complained to management they were so rude and condescending towards us. Needless to say DONT GO!!!

Really solid neighborhood spot. The decor makes it seem more like a bar than a restaurant but the food was really top notch. It 's a gem and 'sleeper hit ' in my book.
