Efficient shops, nice staff, good food. Plz better mix your broccoli salad. The last one I got was half dry without Mayo. The ham salad is the best. The bacon. Had a honey baked spiral w/ our Thanksgiving Turkey. A bit expensive, but very good!

Picked it up tonight $90 for a smaller ham supposedly 10 pounds and it?s just salty and not tasting good I prefer my own cooked ham is this is the last time I will buy from them

Store hours posted on the door stated closing at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 3:45 pm to order a sandwich. Two rude and impolite male teenagers replied, sandwich center just closed. I asked if that was company policy 2 hours before closing. They replied didn 't matter , we have an owner. I asked if that was ok with the owner? The answer I received was Call him if you want . I can 't wait until these two snowflakes need a real job in the real world and learn a hard lesson. As for the owner, he needs to fire these 2 with a nasty attitude and hire young people with manners.

We?ve been ordering him from the Broomall location for years. I specifically ordered early this year because they were offering a five dollar off coupon. I went to pick up the ham and unfortunately didn?t realize that I needed to have the coupon with me for it to be applied. I felt like the person that waited on me was rather rude. Was not helpful at all and just kept saying that they were an individually owned store and they had nothing to do with the coupon or the website. There wasn?t anyone else in the store at the time so it wasn?t like they couldn?t of taken the time. Very disappointed when you spend $100 for ham and you get treated like that. They definitely need to have some customer service training. I?m really not sure I?ll be back.

I've been a fan of Honey Baked Ham company for about 5yrs now. I ordered a Spiral ham with bone in center for about 20people. And, I'm not a ham eater but I had several slices Mmmm delicious. But, this year I purchased a small ham and turkey breast and several sides. The string beans was popping and the apples, also the yams with nuts. Everything was great we still have some leftovers. Keep up the good work. To God Be The Glory. Amen!
