Bidra med feedbackThe staff here is incredible, but the management could use some improvement. The woman who makes the noodles on the sauté side is outstanding and does her job exceptionally well! Brandon, who typically works in the front of house, also does a fantastic job! I really enjoy the food here, but unfortunately, I had to leave my job. I will definitely return for the delicious noodles!
The food was excellent, but today there were staffing issues, so only curbside service was available. However, it should have been designated as pickup only since the food was ready but there was no one available to bring it to the curb. Despite the service hiccup, the food was still very good.
Drove all the way over for lunch to find a sign on the door that they are doing online orders only. Extremely disappointing waste of time. Please do not say you are open for dine-in and then put this on the door.
When the workers make fun of customers and refuse to wait on customers, I wonder why management keeps them employed. We may be desperate for workers but no one can be this desperate. We will never go back to this location and hope the entire crew getsfired for performance issues (therefore not qualifying for unemployment). Maybe they all need to live at home with mommy anddaddy until they actually learn what a work ethic actually is. If this is the future of Colorado, we are all in trouble.
The noodles served here are often days old. The rigatoni tastes stale, almost like it’s been sitting around for three days. The restaurant has failed its last two food safety audits. The general manager seems more focused on minimizing food costs than ensuring the quality of the food; as a result, they don't throw away items that should be discarded each night. Even her own district manager believes she shouldn't be in a general manager position. The cleanliness of the establishment is quite poor. I would strongly suggest choosing a different location.
