Starbucks - Broussard

Good group of people, day by day, here. Incredibly friendly and competent management and Barista staff. It is a pretty "special" switch to the performance quality. Remember, most branches run cross training and continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, so you'll probably never have to wait for a consistent no waiting environment, regardless of geography. But you can look forward to some familiar faces. All I'm pretty bubbly, outgoing, and ginning a lot of qualities most are looking for when trying to start your day on a positive note.

Quick service and a friendly staff. The location allows for fairly easy access to the interstate in a road trip situation as well.

11. 12. 21. I just want to edit my comment to say that this team is fearless. Their leader is by far one of the best leaders I have ever seen in any establishment. She rocks. A solid team that always delivers with the most genuine happy, positive spirit of anyone. This is my local Starbucks. The staff is like family. They remember my face, suggest new things for me to try, remember my orders, and always laugh and smile. Going to other Starbucks I get the same drinks but never the same level of service and it's not their fault, this store just sets the bar so darn high.

I left my purse there and they secured it until I could pick it up. High integrity! High honesty! They were all an AMAZING staff and management! This happened July 29th 2022. Thank you very much!

Garbage store with roaches in the kitchen. On top of that, Friend of mine who works for instacart near your store let me know that when this Starbucks orders milk for delivery when the run out during a busy day. They remove the tip after the instacart deliver worker brings the items. This is obviously a cheap and scummy tactic used by this Starbucks to save money. The thing is when you do that, it makes it so that other workers don?t even make minimum wage. Do better. Completely unacceptable.
