2 plain mini bagels were frozen. the chive and onion were burnt

My Chorizo Egg Dunkin apos; Wrap was freezing cold in the middle, my Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich bread was BURNT, and my Iced Latte didn apos;t have the correct flavors. Although i don apos;t mind. Not to mention that the Maple Sugar Snackin apos; Bacon and Croissant was also burnt. I apos;m not sure if this was a kitchen issue. But food quatlity was horrible, and when I went to the store for a refund... somehow it was "our fault"... this is ridiculous!!! Make it right the first time. It apos;s not hard, i work fast food too! !

The coffee has always been perfect and the staff are super nice and friendly.

Horrible customer service. They don't let people in the store but won't let people order from the drive through if they are walking. I wonder if the CEO knows.

Monday Friday they are perfect, Saturday and Sundays they get my simple 2 drink order mixed up with someone else 's (every time). Confronted management on the issue and I now understand why they have horrible service on the weekends (he refused to take responsibility on the restaurant 's ongoing mistakes).
