Pizza Hut - Brownsville

The food was delicious and hot. This location was clean and had a good service.

You gave me the wrong pizza. I asked for manual work and I think I got thin crust. My wife was very hungry, so I didn't change her. We also ordered boneless honey bbq wings and they were over drenched in bbq sauce. You made my daughter sick. They were kind enough to change them for another taste, but then they looked like they were undercooked. They told us they didn't cook them there. They just heat them up. Again, they were kind enough to return them. After all, they accused me of two orders from cheese sticks, but they gave me only one. Luckily everything was delicious (except the wings) or I would have given a star. I'm sorry.

Sadly, times have changed. I dined in at this location after not having eaten at a pizza hut restaurant in years. (Yes I've gotten delivery and takeout on multiple occasions but never eat there) There was LITERALLY no one else dining in besides my girlfriend and I. I remember going to a pizza hut years ago and it would be packed, sometimes even waiting for a table. Although this is not really a fault to pizza hut as an establishment itself, the prices dining in definitely are a problem. Why is it that there are no dine in specials anymore? Why is it that a medium pizza dining in is $18 when I can get two of them online for $14. Although the pizza is tasty, there is no reason to dine in, especially if the pricing is astronomical different. 2 stars are lost alone because of terrible pricing.

Had not eaten there since the pandemic started. The food was good as always. What I didn't understand was that Pizza Hut charges a $1 for cheese while the pepper flakes are free. When did this start?
