The concept is very nice as well as the team but the result is not crazy, mainly because the churros is not cooked with oil, which makes it all soft, and what is precisely delicious with the churros is its crispy outside and mellow inside. Cream level, praline and lemon were good but a little liquid pistachio with a slightly chemical taste Trying for fun but not an indispensable one.
After these weeks of containment, what a pleasure to fall on this triportor (the Bercy village for my part). My greediness and curiosity have focused on the oriental salted churros and on the sweet raspberry churros. Hygiene, friendliness and flavours were on the rdv!

I just discovered recently , Very good reception and recipes are beautiful , living Brunoy I will recommend to all my neighbors ! On top!!!
