Service was ok kind of rude but the food was good so I'd recommend.

Used drive through, it was a long line and the microphone was static. When I got to the pick up window they had my sandwich but not my drink, then they made the wrong one. People were friendly and food tasted good, mistakes happen, it's how you Handel them

Coffee and donuts—what more can I say? The service was great, the coffee was exactly what I expected, and the donuts were fresh.

I really enjoy Machias Dunkin! My most recent visit was quite an adventure. I had three dogs with me in the car, and they all managed to get a treat from the wonderful server at the drive-thru.

This Dunkin' has the BEST staff. They always remember me, greet me with a smile, and are always ready to help. Unlike some other locations where staff can be a bit rude if they forget an item, this one consistently provides great service without any issues, even when they’re really busy, which is almost every morning.
