You offer great service, are quick, maintain a clean environment, and do your job well! The chicken is always fresh, and everything is prepared right when you order it.

I’m always pleased when I order from Chicken Express. The food is consistently hot and delicious, and my orders have always been accurate. The cashier took the time to repeat my order to ensure everything was correct, both when ordering and picking up. The staff is polite and expresses appreciation for our visit. They truly serve the most juicy chicken breasts!

The portions of my meal were quite small. If they're going to raise their prices, I expect the servings to match. I ordered regular portions, but they served me smaller ones. When I called the restaurant, I was told they could replace the food, but only for the items I returned. I was not satisfied with my meal or the solution provided by Michael, the manager.

Placed a simple order of 4 pies and corn nuggets. Before driving off, we checked our order to see there were no corn nuggets. The receipt showed we paid, the cashier repeated the order three times but still, no nuggets. After going into the store to recify the situation, we were denied our item (That we paid for) and we told to give our name and address? needless to say, we left unsatisfied and will not be returning to that establishment

So I LOVE Chicken Express! Takes me back to my West Texas Days when my Daughter and I would make the trip from San Antonio to San Angelo, TX; always one of our Favorite stops for eating on the road! Even more, takes me back to my childhood as only place I know where you can order Gizzards (Love ?Em)! Here in Bryan, TX location Rocked it?fresh food; fast service; tasty Tea; and, most importantly, Great Friendly Service! Brought out my food to me (at a fast food joint); repeated my order for accuracy; free refills; and even checked in on me in the middle of my meal! Come see these Great Folks at Chicken Express?even if it?s just for the Gizzards! ??
