Great selection of wines, delicious food, and genuine, friendly service. The staff is eager to assist you in planning an event at their venue or enjoying a wine tasting. It's definitely worth your investment. The owner, Melba, is a delight to collaborate with when hosting a social event at Uncorked. I'm thankful for her assistance and recommendations. They offer wine tastings featuring excellent wines at a reasonable price.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants. However, the service can be a bit inconsistent. For instance, during this visit, most of the wines we wanted to order were unavailable because they were preparing to close for their Christmas break. Okay then.

They have a fantastic selection of wines, but unfortunately, they don't carry the sweeter varieties that I enjoy. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that they do not offer any wines from the best winery in the state, Messina Hof, which is located right in town.

Good atmosphere. You can people watch, chat with a friend, read a book, or stare at your phone all night. Good selection of wine. Bartenders know their selections and are attentive.
