Mcdonald's - Bryan

The staff is always incredibly friendly. The food is served hot, and the drinks are refreshingly cold.

I was feeling hungry, so I decided to hit the drive-thru and place an order. I really enjoy the Big Mac Deluxe, and occasionally I’ll grab some McNuggets too. I still miss that sweet chili sauce they offered a few years back! However, my meal came out surprisingly quick, and I made it home just in time to enjoy my fries while they were still hot!

I had a really disappointing experience with the service at this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru, and the staff member who took my order made me repeat it three times. He didn’t mention the price or anything, which was frustrating. When I got to the window and tried to use my app code, the man was rude and failed to inform me that the code was no longer valid. I had already ordered a $3 bundle, and while he asked for the code over the speaker, he didn’t clarify anything at the window. I've used that same code many times for a $3 bundle at other McDonald's locations, so this was surprising. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

McDonald's is famous for its fries. However, if you order a basket of fries and receive a serving of undercooked, lukewarm fries, it definitely makes you reconsider returning.

The customer service was disappointing. Public displays of affection in the window are inappropriate, especially for a McDonald's. I had higher expectations for a place like Highway 21, hoping for better service and food.
