The place uses lots of meat daily and that naturally guarantees the freshness of the meat. Most popular is the rib marinated with garlic. Charcoal does all the work and you just need to savor the beautifully grilled pieces. Condiments are hearty and in great quality. Noodles make this place even more popular. Buckwheat noodles in cold beef broth is exquisite although the noodles are slightly thicker than average. The balance is exquisite and you can’t stop drinking the cold broth held with both hands. Recommended.
