Papa Johns Pizza - Buckeye

I have put an order for a single extra large pizza. Sure, it's my fault for taking that I would have delivered the pizza within 45 minutes on a Friday night. but wishful thinking and the website said 61-71 minutes after the order. we approach 2 hours after the order. I called an update 15 minutes ago, and they said the driver left 5 minutes before the call. I have just checked the "track my order" function and they are still at least 15 minutes away. I was offered only 50% of my current order. I will update this review if they decide to compensate for the complete order for the inconvenience. update: pizza was composed just because I asked to get the wrong and cold pizza. So, at least we have free pizza, thank you.

I'm not sure what's been going on lately at our store, but it has definitely been struggling in all aspects. This is a 3rd mistake in the last 3 months, this time resulting in us not even getting to eat. Our order was accidentally given to someone else. The driver called and let us know, said he was going to call and have them remake it and then go straight there to get it and bring it back. An hour later, I was told by someone at the store that the driver doesn't get to decide whose pizzas are being delivered when and that we'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes, making our order 2 1/2 hours late. And, we were told we wouldn't get our Papa Dough back unless I contact online customer service. Very disappointed Papa John's.

After ordering, 20 minutes later I was told my order was on it's way but after 40 minutes of it not being delivered I checked the tracking on the website which said it would be 50-60 minutes until it will be delivered! All while the location has now closed, I'm sure it's going to be freezing cold by the time it gets here considering its taking 2 hours when the location is a 6 minute drive!

You lost a long time customer today. When the website says 27 to 46 minutes and over an hour later the pizza arrives when it stated enroute for 28 minutes. You don't get a fresh pizza. And the pepperoni twists were burnt but cold. I called, had to spell my name twice, and was told another 28 minutes as the delivery person showed up. Under new management? Too bad, BYE!

When you look up the definition of bad service Papa Johns picture comes up. I am so upset because we have tried a couple of times and both times it has been bad. The first time the pizza was raw and it took 120 minutes. Now several months later we have again gotten under cooked pizza and they forgot part of our order. I guess I have finally learned to just go so.ewhere else or cook at home. I do not recommend this Papa Johns.
