Dunkin' - Bucksport

I had a disappointing experience. When I visited around midday, there were no donuts available—only donut holes. I ordered six holes but only received four, despite having paid for the full amount. I also requested sugar in my coffee, but they forgot that as well. There was no apology for the mistakes. I won't be stopping by this place again when I pass through Bucksport.

I was misled by an employee who refused to take responsibility for her mistake. I inquired about a specific drink, and she confirmed they had it, but ended up giving me something different. When I asked for the correct drink, she said she couldn't provide it or refund my money. I was neither happy nor satisfied with my experience. I'm unsure if I want to return.

The restaurant is quite busy, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. Their iced coffee is the best and makes Starbucks taste like mud. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pulled in excited for a quick coffee only to see the lobby was closed at 10am on a weekday. Used to be my favorite spot to swing in on a road trip, but if it's going to be just drive through waiting, I'd rather skip.

Kind of a long wait in the drive thru but good friendly staff and they actually made our drinks right at this location!
