A truly amazing Gourmet experience in the Ohio Countryside. I had a black and blue ribeye dinner which was totally amazing. Our server, Ashlee, made our chocolate cake dessert using Guinness! Highly recommended!

We had dinner here late on the Saturday after Valentine 's Day. What a great little hidden gem we have here in Bucyrus!!!!! The food was very impressive, tasted fresh and like quality ingredients were used. We had the Cheese olive sampler as our appetizer. Cheese was local and so creamya and fresh. We were given a very nice portion of cheese. Only two cheeses, but we loved them both! I think we may have gotten only two types because of the holiday rush. For our entres we had the prime rib and the chicken carbonara. Steak was fabulously prepared, but a little on the small side. The perogies were pretty great too! They tasted homemade! The chicken carbonara was very well portioned, the chicken tender and flavorful. The sauce was perfect, the bacon and ham of good quality. My boyfriend had slight buyer 's remorse after seeing how much I enjoyed the carbonara, especially after he tasted it as well. We also had the wine pudding, which was an interesting and delicate delicious dessert. We will most definitely be back again! We really regret not having tried the restaurant before, and look forward to staying at the Hideaway B B sometime very soon for a relaxing get away! We highly recommend this place! The restaurant was simple but very romantic. It felt like we were in a specialty high-end restaurant in a big city. I would recommend dressing a little more than just casual . Also be prepared for what locals would expect to be high prices, but I guarantee it 's well worth it!

My Husband and I enjoyed a private Christmas-time dinner at the restaurant, and we enjoyed it so much! We got to sit right next to a burning fireplace, and it was a very quiet and romantic atmosphere! Everything was delicious from the bread to the entrees, and the service was also great. The only minor complaint we had after our experience was that our waitress continually asked us if we wanted soda refills, but did not tell us that each refill was an additional cost on our bill. I would suggest that you offer free soda refills like most local restaurants or at least have the waitresses let the customers know of the extra cost before offering to fill their drink again. Everything else was great and we will definitely be back!

Quite possibly the best meal we have ever had! We loved everything, the atmosphere, the staff, and most of all the food! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

The food is amazing. The wait staff is amazing. The price are good. The views are beautiful.
