Tim Hortons - Bucyrus

I went to this place at 3 different locations at 3 different times and not even they had provided one of their regular menu items. the last time I left, it was 1 o'clock and the drive by the worker said, "we are actually out of broth." it is 1 on a Sunday and they can not have any of their sandwich items. I'm just writing this because this place didn't even make me a sandwich, because they were from the ingredients. I understand that this has nothing to do with regular employees, but whoever is responsible for the order has messed up a lot.

The food is typically delicious, but if you order through the mobile app, be prepared for an extended wait.

Without fail, this is the rudest group of people I have ever encountered at a restaurant. It seems to only be getting worse. They never smile, rarely say thank you, and consistently mess up my order. I don't know why I continue to give this place a chance when the experience continues to deteriorate. Honestly, you would be better off going to McDonald's.

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. My hot chocolate had coffee in it, and my sausage bagel only had two slices of speck. I didn't receive my hash brown, and when I tried to call and fix my order, they didn't answer the phone.

Staff friendliness is definitely getting better but orders are still getting messed up. Ordered double shot of espresso over ice got one shot no ice.
