Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger

Ordered a classic chicken, the meat itself was dry and opened up like a wallet. The food is a Good substitute for a laxative.

Missing part of my order again. Service was polite fast friendly. Ordered 6 pc nuggets along with other items and it was not there. Grandson is 15 and can eat a lot but this is the second time he didn’t get his full meal! Called and was asked it I wanted to come back to get it. Not worth the money I’d spend in gas. Hopefully I get the coupon from corporate as promised.

Overall it’s okay. Could use More staffing as they seem very stressed. Food comes out right and hot, kiosk is hit or miss which sucks because that’s what I like to order on.

They always forget food on your order. If you use the app they make you wait on your order. They always make you pull ahead from the window.

Worst service ever. The drive thru had 6 cars, so I decided to go in to get a frosty. My mom is in the hospital and wanted one. My nephew ran in. I waited 15 min. And I went inside and he hadn't even been waited on. When I said this is ridiculous an assoc. Said we have been busy. Are you kidding? 2 people were standing around and they were only helping drive thru people. We finally left after getting the frosty. The nurse at the hospital said they help drive thru customers first, that's ridiculous. I live in Columbus and I assure you that it not how it is done there. It looked like the whole crew could use some manners and better hygiene.
