This is a nice place. It's casual but upscale in terms of the food quality and atmosphere. There's no loud blaring music, and it wasn't crowded when we went (weeknight visit). The food came out quickly. The burger was fantastic as was the shrimp salad. The beignet dessert was amazing as well. Friendly, helpful service made for a very nice evening. Service: Dine in

I am so very excited to find this great little gem in Dripping Springs. We have barely had any gourmet or interesting food here for decades and then Dos Olivos appears. They have great service and a very interesting menu and a nice atmosphere. I can not wait to try more dishes! And go there many many more times! I highly recommend.
