Salmon sashimi was thinner than very thinly sliced ham, my face dropped when the plate arrived, there was 6 or 7 almost transparent pieces of salmon, the chef is very skilful but I prefer my sashimi a bit thicker - maybe I've been spoilt elsewhere. staff very pleasant and attentive, as I ordered, the waitress did ask if I wanted add more dishes, I declined as salmon sashimi is normally plenty for me, I should of taken the hint.

We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. Despite there being few customers, with only 3-4 occupied tables during our visit, each course took a very long time to come out. There was a 50-minute wait on one occasion, and the waiter never came to offer us another drink; I had to get up and ask. It seemed like the staff were just hanging out in the kitchen rather than attending to customers. The lack of atmosphere made for a dull evening. The food was mediocre, especially considering the price. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant, great service and great food. Very clean would definitely go back there again and again.

Good food, good service, non-Japanese surroundings, reasonably priced for Japanese-sized servings. A worthwhile experience. Recommended.

Everything we ordered was very well done. However the highlight of our meal was the tempura. The dishes were small, but the quality and the freshness was there.The service was excellent and the advice provided very pertinent.The only draw back was the general atmosphere. It lacked warmth and a feeling of being welcome.
