El Pollo Loco - Buena Park

Quick and easy service. Food was perfect once we got home we did drive thru. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Today was a very good day in El Pollo Loco! The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. Very satisfied with the dining room. It was a bit cold in the dining room, but everything was great.

Friendly staff. Great way that its set up so that 2 people can get salsa at the same time. Negative is that they don't have the Mexican rice with cinnamon juice that most all other Pollo Loco's carry.

I've been a fan of El Pollo Loco for years, but I was recently disappointed when I paid $9.49 for a plate that included a small chicken breast and wings. The chicken breast was quite small, although the sides were generous in portion. I did enjoy the salad and broccoli, though.

The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and even offered some great suggestions for getting a better deal on the dishes we wanted. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
