Kopan Sushi Ramen - Buena Park

Excellent ramen. broth is delicious and the noodles are chewing. they offer a variety of options to choose from. the day we went, they ran out of calamari and huh. Instead we ordered the otopus and garnel the children enjoyed it. if they make a yelp or Facebook check-in, they get a free soda. no public wlan.

I'm so glad kopan is expanding their location and their menu. I've been going to the original Fullerton location for years and finally got the chance to try their buena park location. Service was good. Food came out quickly. I ordered the kara miso ramen. Very good and creamy. Tried their truffle salmon and albacore wrap. I like the concept. No rice so its low in carbs. Kopan is my all time favorite ramen place. Always been consistent in quality and taste

Black ramen and salmon skin cut rolls. I went to the Fullerton location previously and had a decent lunch. For some odd reason, the broth at this location is markedly better than in Fullerton, fuller and richer.

The ramen broth was very delicious! Also compared to other places this place was pretty generous with the noodles. Only thing I was disappointed was they missed my order for the eggs but otherwise this is very chill place to eat for lunch or dinner. They also serve sushi but come on it's all for the glory of ramen!
