Mcdonald's - Buena Park

My door dash person waited inside your store for 30 kinhfes just to get cold food. Food didnt taste good at all. Meat wasnt cooked right . Disgusted is an understatement Waste of almost $30 .

I went through the drive-thru and received exceptional customer service. I ordered two hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches for just $2, along with a McGriddle that came with a hash brown and some perfectly textured orange juice. The hot and spicy McChickens are fantastic, especially for only $1 each—so delicious! The McGriddle is also of amazing quality; the pancake buns are delightful, bursting with rich maple syrup flavor and served warm. Everything is always hot and fresh. Now, about the hash brown—it's incredible! Perfectly crispy on the outside and not too mushy on the inside; it's simply unbeatable. Nothing else compares—it's just that good!

We received soggy and nearly frozen fries, and even though we ordered a large size, they were less than half full. The meat on the two cheeseburger meals was burnt, as was the meat on the Big Mac meal. After taking just a couple of bites, we ended up throwing our food away.

This location consistently gets my order wrong. When I ask for "extra salt," I end up with cold, soggy fries that are actually unsalted. And a "spicy McChicken" somehow turns into a "smoky BLT" without the bacon.
