Burger was WAY overcooked. Chewed like rubber. Meat tasted funny . Fries were extensively heat lamp tortured, I 'm sure they confessed to their crimes long before being served. Banana split was ok, but expensive, and small. I guess it 's hard toovercook ice cream.

The customer service is a joke. I order a hamburger with everything on and mayonnaise mustard with no cheese. I also order two blizzards and French Fries. When I got home my burger was not what I ordered. I call to speak the manager and he was acting likehe couldn?t hear me but heard what I saying because I heard him just fine. I wouldn?t let anyone I know to go to the one inBuffalo, MO.

Fries tasted like fish and burger bun was tough. Past visits, the food was hot, fresh, and good.

I ordered a cheeseburger that tasted very wrong like dirty and a very dry and my friend got a sandwich that was chicken and it had no vegetables or sauces on it and everything was just so dry

Ordered from my app. Stood for quite awhile and finally had to ask if my order had been noted. Guess it was sitting quite awhile waiting. Not great when you order ice cream product.I could tell the boss wasn't around because the 5 people working in back were not really on the ball.But the blizzards are always good when I order from drive thru. So I'll do that from now on.
