Graylynn Gin - Buffalo

I went for brunch and the service was excellent. However, I did find a small piece of plastic in my salad. The manager was very helpful and removed it from the bill for me. I was also a bit concerned about the wait times; the salad took about 30 minutes to arrive, and the main dish took around 45-50 minutes. I’m willing to give it another try the next time I'm in town!

Plan where you want to eat after as Graylynn’s kitchen is inexperienced. My partner and I were beyond excited to try this place for brunch but it ended up being a major disappointment. Here is the food run down:Oysters innovative. The crab ceviche came on top of the oysters which was a cute idea but didn’t really work on the palate. There were so many flavors that I could not taste the oyster or crab.Duck wings and the waffles the duck wings were wonderful. The waffles were room temp on my first bite. I didn’t want to tell the server they were “cold” because let’s be real EVERY KAREN is going to say it’s cold when it’s not… BUT my second bite was cold on the inside. She asked if I wanted them to make a new one but I chose not to have them because the waffle lacked flavor.My partner got the French toast… the menu advertised berries and they give you about 8 SOGGY berries. The French toast had no fluffiness to it … flat.The service was amazing. I really loved our server she was so sweet. Super apologetic and kind. She gets 5 stars and more. She took off the waffles which was appreciated. Sadly, no discount could change that now I have to find somewhere else to eat and i just wasted my time. Gotta step your game up chef.Oh and there were like maybe 6 tables it wasn’t busy enough for error.

This restaurant has the kindest, most thoughtful staff in the entire world. My boyfriend and I needed the handicapped parking spot that was in front of the restaurant, but we weren’t able to access it due to a non-handicapped resident taking up the space. As a result, we had to park and walk a lot further than we liked. We let them know what happened only because we were running late and we didn’t want to lose our reservation. The staff made this their problem as well and went out of their way to help us when they didn’t even need to. They made sure we had a table close to the door and watched the spot to see if it would open up. When it did, the manager stood there and held that spot to make sure that my boyfriend could move his car there so that I didn’t have to make that walk again when we left. We were treated like royalty all night by the entire staff and I was nearly brought to tears by how thoughtful everyone was. Not only is the service top notch, but the food was more than exceptional. Everything we ordered went well beyond our expectations. The food was cooked perfectly, the flavors so rich, presentation was wonderful. This was our first time here but we already can’t wait to come back and make this our regular date night spot to try everything on the menu. I know we said it a million times, but thank you again to every single person who worked last week. Our faith in humanity has been restored.

Super tasty place that offers a selection of upscale and remained pub grub. Go for the gin. Don't be stupid.... it's perfect and a great place with lovely people!!!

My family and I came for the weekend. Decided to check this bar/restaurant out as it was close to our hotel.The drinks, food and service were far beyond our expectations.Cheryl was our server and she was both friendly and knowledgeable when it came to suggestions of menu items and explaining the differences of Gin.If you want a chill vibe with exceptional food and drink options. This place is amazing!
