We had a 5:30pm reservation for pre-game dinner prior to the Sabres game. We arrived on time and the entire restaurant was full and unable to seat us until 45 minutes after our reservation. We didn’t stay. That’s the first bad experience we’ve had here and we’ve eaten here frequently. I’ll chalk it up to one bad night.
Service was great and food was incredible as always
Great breakfast, Great view of Canalside, Great server Kara.
It should not take 45 minutes to get a main course of a salad especially when the restaurant was not busy. Would prefer more vegetarian dishes.
