A little on the expensive side $50 per person,) but a fun experience. it took a while to get the oils and the food, but we talked anyway, so it wasn't too big. that is really an event, so they plan it between 2 to 3 hours.

I recently hosted a party for 15 people at this restaurant, and I must say it was fantastic! Wayne, the manager, and Jim, the owner, were both very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The waitress was excellent, and the busboys were equally impressive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place for larger gatherings!

This is a nice fondue restaurant. I had an amazing appetizer called "The Alps." However, the side dishes could have been improved; the raw veggies seemed too dry, and we had to ask for the chips, which they served late. The portion size for the experience for two was definitely on the larger side. It's also on the pricier side. The dessert fondue we tried was excellent. Overall, I feel that this place has the potential to improve, but it has what it takes to make special occasions feel memorable.

The Melting Pot offers a unique dining experience! It's a meal that takes quite a while, but for the price, you can enjoy a truly fantastic dining experience in Buffalo—one that stands out from chain restaurants. I was thrilled to celebrate my 12-year-old's special day here. However, I hope that others don't find novelty in it as she does, and I'm eager to help my children develop a deeper appreciation for creativity. As for our service, our waitress was incredibly friendly, but it felt like she was juggling too many tables, which made the wait between courses feel longer than anticipated on a weekend.

The best place for a date expensive but well worth the money. Great friendly staff even was greeted by managment over all amazing dinner experience! Drink were great too.
