Dunkin' - Buford

I visited Dunkin' Donuts for the first time since moving from Seattle to the South, eager to try their coffee. I ordered a cold brew, but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. They didn't stir it at all, and it turned out to be one of the most bitter coffees I've ever tasted. It's important to let customers know that your cold brew is not sweetened in any way and that it comes un-stirred. I must admit, I'm really disappointed with Dunkin' Donuts. This has to be one of the worst coffees I've had. I would have been better off getting coffee from a gas station. Please step up your game, or you risk losing customers.

This location used to be quite enjoyable, but it seems there have been changes in management and staff. This is the second time I've placed a mobile order, and both times it was incorrect. The older woman at the window is quite loud and unfriendly. If her attitude continues, this location is likely to lose a lot of customers.

I ordered a frozen coffee, but the server brought me a milky coffee that wasn’t even frozen. I asked for a new one as soon as I received it. She took the milky coffee back, poured out about half of it, and added some coffee before bringing it back to me in under a minute—without even using the frozen machine! It was kind of amusing, so I can't say I’m upset.

I try to avoid complaining since I work in fast food myself and I aim to be understanding. However, during my recent visits to this location, there have consistently been issues. The donuts are usually the problem. Today, I ordered a Boston cream donut, but it was filled with what appeared to be marshmallow instead of the traditional cream. It wasn't what I expected and was disappointing. A few days ago, I ordered a vanilla donut with sprinkles, but it was completely covered in sprinkles with no trace of vanilla. Additionally, one of the staff members didn't know how to prepare my coffee, and another was unsure how to retrieve my mobile order.

The staff seemed quite inexperienced and the management appears to be lacking. I was served a stale cinnamon raisin bagel that seemed to be two days old—hard and dry! I won't be stopping here again. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. It wasn't until I was driving on the highway that I realized the bagel was nearly inedible. So much for breakfast!
