It's Just Wings - Buford

I have never had an issue with this restaurant before, but this time they really dropped the ball. On January 13th, I placed an order on DoorDash about 30 minutes before they were set to close. The driver arrived at the location, but when I went to the door after waiting 20 minutes, no one was there. I called the number provided, and was informed that they had closed early and I would be refunded. However, a week later I was still charged for the order. After contacting them again, I was told that DoorDash should refund me, but DoorDash claimed that since it appeared I received my food, I was responsible for the cost. It was a frustrating situation, but eventually, on February 26th, I was able to speak to someone from DoorDash who gave me credit for the order. However, there was still confusion as to whether the order was actually canceled or not.

The fries are consistently soft and served cold. You may or may not receive ranch with them, but the wings are quite tasty and overall, the value is not bad compared to other restaurants. This particular order was picked up, but previous ones were delivered by Turkish. Regardless, it didn't make a difference in the quality.

I would give this restaurant a half star if I could. I ordered delivery and I am extremely disappointed. The food was as soggy as chicken nuggets drenched in sauce, my fries were so mushy they fell apart, and my chocolate dipping sauce was missing. The Oreos were burnt and greasy. I wish I could return it all and get my money back. This was a waste of my hard-earned money. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The restaurant needs to improve.
