Every time I visit the mall, I make sure to stop by American Cookie. It's hands down my favorite spot!

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my two kids and placed an order, requesting a cup of water. Unfortunately, Shaniyce refused to provide us with a cup of water. It's a basic requirement for restaurants to offer customers water at no charge. She handed me a cup but insisted she wouldn't fill it. I couldn't believe it! As we began to walk away, another employee was nearby, so I asked him if it was true that they couldn’t give customers water. He informed me that there was a charge for the cup. I pointed out that I already had a cup and just needed the water. Eventually, he did provide us with some. Overall, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The staff clearly needs better training. When I spoke to the manager, he didn’t seem to care about customer service either; he simply thanked me for calling. This experience has made me decide to never return to this restaurant.

My kids absolutely love these cookies, although they can be a bit pricey. They've increased their prices once more, but I suppose you get what you pay for, as they really do taste fantastic. Our favorite flavors are the Birthday Cake and Sugar Cookies. We're giving the Chocolate Chip Cookies another try to see if we enjoy them, but it seems like we keep returning to our favorites!

Unpleasant experience today because there was no adults management! Only teens working! Two of the employees were being superstars. I can't say the same for the other 3. I asked for a fudge brownie, strawberry cheesecake and smoothie. I noticed there were only 2 brownies and 1 strawberry cheesecake left when I ordered. Instead of getting my pastries the employees walked around a bit, read instructions for the smoothie, made the smoothie, went in the back to rinse out the smoothie container, looked for bags, and looked for gloves. Literally, 8-10 minutes later, he attempts to get my brownie and cheesecake he sold me but one of the superstars had sold them. I purchased way before the other customers but I was told they would have to refund me or I could get some cookies instead.
