Update: I started coming back here lately and again ordered in app. They forgot to put ginger again but the current GM is very accommodating and made it up to me. I am happy w my order today and also he gave me an extra drink. I told him that he didn’t have to do that but he is a man of his words. So, thank you! The Detox Island paired with Hummus veggie is the best combo and a must-try.I just use my app to order here and pick up. I love this Detox Island Green drink for bfast so much but everytime i get it, something has changed. One time, the lady forgot to put the ginger which is why i ordered this particular one and i wasn’t happy so i kinda stopped going here. The one in Alpharetta looks like its closed but I will have to check it again.

So I'm a firm believer in giving second chances! Yes we as people speak bold when it negative but the new staff is amazing! I'm Glad cause it's closer to my home but I was willing to make the drive to get my customer service. So here is to 5 stars thank you I was greeted the establishment was clean and smelled cleaned it was three workers one cooking food one one register and one making smoothies. I appreciate the change and I read it was new management very grateful! They are hiring as well wish my daughter was old enough to get a part time job!

12/31 Edit. There is now a new owner and this place has gone through a complete 180 in terms of service and cleanliness. Please stop by and give them a chance, much more enjoyable and friendly service. And the place is spotless!So there is a sign on the door saying they are only open for pickup orders and indoors is closed. I came a few days ago and workers were in there with the door locked. This place is beyond indecent and the workers are the worst by far I have ever come across. Always rude, always an attitude never pleasant. It's a shame because the chain is good but ruined by the staffing here.

I have lived in the area for a while and dealt with a lot of the previous staff who simply didn't care. I went in today and was surprised to see new staff and a warm welcome when I came in. I overheard the new staff telling another customer that they are under new management. I am hopeful after todays interaction that some new faces can revive this location and make it one worth going to again! Overall great experience and very friendly today. And a good smoothie too! I'd give the new management a shot if you're in the area!
