Bidra med feedbackMy family and I eat zaxbys A Lot especially at this location and really never have any issues. Today I ordered 2 grilled Cobb salads and noticed once I started to eat that they gave mr rotten lettuce and a moldy egg. I took pictures to show how bad it is.
Great, as always!!! Great: one of favorite fast food places the whole family loves. Always head for Kickin Chicken combo. While I've been tempted many times to venture out, just can't do it. Recently have subbed Insane sauce for tongue torch..... If you like hot sauce ???? get ready. It is one of the hotter sauces you'll find. It is no joke. Flavor is also great. Kids love the Coke Freestyle and the fries and zax sauce are always on point. Good: service was really good, especially because they were so busy. We got our order quick. Nice and clean on inside. Improve: super nit-picky, but tried the recent Signature Sandwich, the one billed to compete with Popeyes, and it was very solid. too little sauce, otherwise it may have been the best. I'm splitting hairs here Summary: this franchise rocked it!!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. I found a bug in my salad after eating a good bit of it. I was told to bring it back, and after handling the salad and the car ride, the bug wasn?t easily found. They did not believe me about the bug and had me spend 10 minutes trying to find it. After finding the bug, they argued about a full refund of that salad and another that after the bug was found we did not feel comfortable eating. I am not one to get frustrated with service workers, however this situation was the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. I am absolutely disgusted with this store and their management.
Terrible experience at this location in drive-thru. I attempted to redeem a code to purchase a meal, the manager Alex screamed and yelled at me advising me he could not accept my redeem code... he walked away from the drive thru window snatching his apron off his waist. All of his employees looked in disbelief because of his rude and violent behavior towards me. I have never been treated so harshly at a restaurant. My 15 year old daughter was in the vehicle, she was so disturbed by the manager 's (Alex) vicious behavior.
Guy at register, Juan J., had his AirPods on his ear and could not hear us. He took it off to hear, then put it back. I don?t understand how wearing AirPods is allowed, especially at the window when you have to communicate with the Customer. I guess he was so pre-occupied with whatever he was listening, he could not get my drink order correct. I had to ask to remake because it was wrong. Also, I noticed he continued to mess with his long hair pushing it back with hand and then Handling food. Per servsafe, employee must wash hands after touching hair. Of course he was not doing that. When I open the bag to get the food out, one of his hair was in it. Nasty. Management has much needed training to be done at this location.
