Dugout Neighborhood Grill - Bunkie

My second sprite was cold at first, but it was good. Also there were little kids running around, so it kind of ruined my experience. But further from that it was amazing.

We went Friday night and ordered gumbo but it was so salty we were not able to take but a couple of bites please lay off of the salt if it wouldn't have been for that it was good.

I don't understand how the cashier can just voluntarily welcome herself to a tip that I didn't even agree on, so guess what this is called stealing, I never agreed to giving tip nor did I put a tip down, I'm upset because, if this happens to me, this young lady could do this to anyone else. SO THIS IS CALLED STEALING!!???EVERYONE PLEASE GET YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A PICKUP ORDER.

Bad service! Waisted an hour and a half here. Waited on water and tea refills for over 25 minutes. My daughter wanted a dessert but never even had the chance to look at the menu. It wasn't even busy. There were only five other tables. Never got refills..

My girlfriend and I went last night. She ordered the shrimp ponchatrain and I ordered the chicken fried steak. 2 of the shrimps still had the shrimp peeling was still and she almost choked on it. The mashed potato’s was watered down with butter. The chicken fried steak made me sick. I know the Dugout has a really good reputation and I think maybe this was a one time mistake. The service was good, but the food was terrible this time.
