Ok place.. noth enough parking spots, showers are large but water pressure and temperature fluctuates, store staff are not too happy maybe need a raise.

Clean bathrooms and a very polite and professional staff. We stopped for gas and to check the tires. What a nice place!

This review is for the SUBWAY inside the PILOT.I stopped by hoping to get a sandwich but it didn 't happen.Lady working the counter was helping two guys with their order. She was doing way more visiting than sandwich making. She was going slower than dirt while she was talking to these guys. I swear my 94 year old grandma moves faster than she did.There was two other people working the SUBWAY. One stepped out of the office/back then turned around and went right back. The other lady then checked another customer out.Instead of coming to help me or the other lady she proceeded to put some boxed cookies out then replaced some of the items on the line (tomatoes, etc). She told me I 'll be right with you and then disappeared.The lady helping the first two guys never acknowledged I was even there. Why have three people if only one is SLOWLY doing anything?After 15-20 minutes I gave up hope and just left.Great customer service......yeah right!!! I wont be wasting my time stopping here again.

Outstanding. The ladies working overnight are the best. Friendly and always cleaning. We're a UPS team that stop every Thursday morning for over three months and they're always there with a great attitude. Recognize these hard working employees.
