I order a ham and cheese toast sandwich at 11 am I went up 20 minutes later to see where it was the girl said 5 more minutes. I wait 10 minutes and no sine I went up and got given it. It was cold and bad. If I could give it 0 stars I would. And the girl said she call it out. But where I was sitting I heard all the order get call out it was never call out. Meal type: Brunch

Disappointing experience. When we arrived there was a cart of raw food sitting in the sun, with uncooked chips uncovered and cheese left to melt. The staff were so unorganised. None of them were wearing hair nets, I’m surprised I didn’t eat their hair. They also got my order wrong. When I went to use the Mayo watery Mayo came out. Overall terrible experience. Will not be going there again
