Excellent breakfast burrito that lived up to the hype. I found the size of the burrito to be perfect. Not massive, just right. Place was packed on a Friday morning with a healthy 20 minute wait for the food. The atmosphere inside is old school without much seating. Parking is available on site or on the nearby streets. Cash only is a negative but will definitely return for another breakfast burrito.

Grew up in Burbank and have been going here for decades. The steak breakfast burrito with hot sauce is a one of kind special that is made here. Same family, same quality. Love it. Thank you Corner Cottage.

Every time I pass by, I notice a line out the door. However, during the two times I've visited, I left unimpressed and I'm not sure what all the excitement is about. I'm a huge fan of breakfast burritos, but this one was mostly filled with potatoes—far too many hash browns that overshadowed everything else, and there was barely any egg to speak of. On the bright side, the service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I spotted a jug of Folgers coffee, so I decided not to order any. The prices were standard, but the restaurant could definitely use some updating. It felt a bit dirty, needs a fresh coat of paint, and the seating comprised just old tables and folding chairs.

Incredible breakfast burrito!!! The combination of eggs, potatoes, and your choice of meat is fantastic. Make sure to grab some salsa—it really enhances the flavor. The wait is definitely worth it. Food: 5/5
