Mema's Chick'n' Ribs - Burgaw

I saw this place on the news and decided to take the 45min drive to try it. The restaurant is bright and cozy! They have excellent customer service The food was great! My favorite was the fried mushrooms and the turkey leg. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere. Food was fresh and flavorful. The Strawberry Cheesecake was made with fresh whipped cream and it was delicious?just like she said it would be. Will make this my go to stop!!

I give everything 5 stars. As of the date I visited here, the 100% sanitation score was a nice site to see. The entire place was spotless, plenty of soap and hot water in the restroom (very clean there, too). The personality of these folks was amazing. They were very welcoming and were truly glad to see you come in. I ordered a BBQ plate with green beans and zucchini. The seasoning was perfect (reminded me of my grandmother 's cooking). Dessert was awesome, too, as they persuaded me to have the key lime pie, home made with home made whipped topping, too. The food and the whole environment was just awesome. It cost a little more than your fast food joint but the old saying you get what you pay for never held more true than it did here. Worth every penny. Will definitely come back again when passing through.

Our family was headed home from the Moore's battle ground (15 minute drive). We found MeMa's. The food and service was phenomenal. Everything was perfect! In the pictures we had fried catfish and fried shrimp with Okra and my favorite, the green beans!!! We highly recommend this establishment. Also, the restrooms were very clean. The inside was very memorable we'll definitely be coming back!

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from the beach, and we're so glad we did. The food was not only delicious but also on the pricier side. We ordered enough for two adults and two kids, and we even had leftovers for another meal at home. The staff was incredibly friendly, from the woman who took our order to the one who frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. It felt like we were dining at our grandmother's house, and our children loved the experience too. This will definitely be our go-to stop after our beach trips every year!
