Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burke

I’m giving Chipotle a 3-star rating because the restaurant is clean, and the two young men working there today were outstanding. Jordan, in particular, stood out for being very friendly and approachable. However, I noticed that the manager spoke quite harshly to him and the other employee, who had blonde hair, in a manner that was unprofessional. It was disappointing to see such rudeness directed at staff, especially in front of customers. I felt for the employees, which prompted me to write this review. It’s important for everyone to remember how challenging it can be when starting their first job; coordination and organization take time to develop. Patience is key for both customers and managers.

I made an order. I wanted to pick it up for more than half an hour. They offered me a burrito because they had no bowls. I'm gluten-free so I can't eat burritos. They didn't have any carnitas I ordered. I said to cancel my order. You said they couldn't do it, I should do it online. I spent a lot of time doing it online, including chatting to a bot. I didn't get my refund. I'll never eat Chipotle again.

The worst chipotle I've ever had. I'm pretty sure they take you from portion sizes just to be idiots! I am a very polite person as I know how much customers can be too much. So I'm trying to kill workers in the food industry with kindness. It still didn't work. The small amount of meat they used was ridiculous. Then I read the reviews and this place seems to do so to many people. Never again.

This chipotle is so bad. Every time I order, I always hope that this is the time it is better and it is just constantly disappointment. This burrito should have beans, corn and steak. Halfway through and everything I got were bites of undercooked rice, acid cream and cheese and tomatoes. They have more chances and money. Don't waste here.

Worst chipotle around. I go to chipotle 2+ times a week, and unfortunately this chipotle is the closest to my house so I end up here frequently. They give the smallest portion of protein of any chipotle I've ever been to, and this is everytime I go. Online orders are guaranteed to be wrong, and I'm constantly going back to fix whatever they messed up or left out. It's worth driving an extra 10mins to go to another location. Also, dont order within the first hour of opening because the guac will be brown. I think they use whatever was leftover from the previous night.
