Subway - Burleson

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend brought home Subway for dinner and the bread was so burnt that it was inedible. The sandwich was overcooked from being left in the oven for too long. I used to work at a Subway and this is not how a sandwich should look. It was so tough that I could hardly chew it. Absolutely terrible experience!

Despite the limited options, the two young women at the restaurant were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. They informed us there would be a wait, but made sure to serve us efficiently. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious.

We used Subway to feed BHS Freshman team (75 young men) for a post game meal and they did not disappoint! Daniel was amazing from start to finish he made sure our order was ready on time, fresh, and even helped me load it in my car! If you need to feed a large crowd go see Daniel, he will guarantee to take care of you! Thank you for supporting your local high school! ??

Sent in an order on my Subway app. Got there and they said it wasn 't there. I confirmed the location and the order with them and they again said they did not have it. I explained that my card was charged and I ordered it for this location, so I asked if they could just make the sandwich since I had already paid for it. They very rudely stated that they don 't get paid until they get the notification that they have an order. I again stated that my money was taken, and asked if they could make my sandwich because they took my money. They once again told me no. So I left, angry I might add. When I opened my app it said your order was voided BY THE STORE, meaning that they DID get my order, but did not want to look stupid, so they voided it once they left. Very unprofessional and very rude. I used to be the key holder at this subway, so I KNOW what the expectations are of this store, and this was NOT IT. Very disappointed.
