Bidra med feedbackMake sure to double check your order before paying at this restaurant. The staff may try to upsell you to a combo meal with a drink when you did not request it. Also, making changes to your order seems to be a confusing experience for the cashier, like asking if you want mayo or mustard. Assumptions should never be made, as it goes against the idea of getting your food exactly how you prefer it.
I am not sure why I continue to visit this restaurant. While the employees are friendly, the service is terrible. I use the app to order ahead, but the last three times I have waited over 40 minutes for my food. Other customers who walk in after me are served before I am, despite being told that my order is being prepared. Yesterday, I ordered in advance and only had to wait 15 minutes, but when I got home, the fries were extremely salty and inedible. In the past, I have been missing items from my order but chose not to return to get them. However, everything was in my order yesterday. Despite this improvement, I will not be returning to this establishment unless my kids insist on going to Whataburger. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
This restaurant is a Texas staple. Despite now being owned by Americans, the quality of the food has remained the same. I particularly enjoy the patty melt and fries. The Monterey Melt, although no longer on the menu, is still made for me upon request by staff who remember how to prepare it. The employees are always friendly and courteous. I appreciate that they pay their staff better wages, which helps alleviate the common issue of short-staffing at other burger restaurants.
Second time ever at this location. Mobile ordered and took 15 minutes for them to bring the order out after it was ready . Then went for a late night bite around 1:30am and it took 40 MINUTES to get our food. There 's two drive thru lanes. The left lane wasmoving so much quicker by getting orders out in less than 5 minutes. The right lane wasn 't even moving. When we finally got ourfood we got no explanation on why it took so long. No apology. Our food was cold. Why have two lanes when you 're not evenattending to the other lane?? Worst location I 've literally ever been to.
Great food, but the drive through is terribly slow. We've been in the line for about 20 minutes now and still don't have our food, hopefully we are next. Just go in and order take out or dine in, you will actually be able to enjoy your foodthen. Update: it took almost exactly 45 minutes to get our food. They are definitely understaffed, bless them, but they need torework their drive through system. Just go in to get your food unless you have a laptop to set on your dash and watch Netflix on
