Bidra med feedbackWe went 30 minutes. before they said they were cooked, I had to choose what they had, they gave me our food and we got home and a dish was missing that they did not cut the grilled chicken and gave us no sauces for it.
I didn?t get what I ordered, and granted I should have checked prior to leaving the drive through. But I didn?t. But not only did I get the wrong food, I had ordered a plate and only got one entree ?. Kind of a bummer since prior I?ve never had any issues. The drive through gal just seemed like she was annoyed with my questions also. Lesson learned.
They really need to get it together with customer service and organization by far... Guest obsession is not a thing here, as it is at most food places. I had major struggles at this location multiple times and quite some attitude from the employees for absolutely no reason.
Ate Panda last night. Food was great, service was TERRIBLE! They forgot our egg rolls. When I inquired about them they threw a fit, said they had to check the camera to see if I was given a receipt. I couldn't find the receipt. They asked for all my food back. Then they said, we see we gave you a receipt, we need it to verify that you ordered egg rolls. After my husband got a little heated about them being completely ignorant they slammed the drive through window a made faces at us and flipped us off. Finally my husband found the receipt and held it up, the manager didn't even look at it and laughed, then grabbed 2 egg rolls and almost thew them out the window at us. I had only been gone from the restaurant for 1 min when we noticed their was no egg rolls. They were completely rude!! They were willing to give is 1 egg roll but not the 2 we paid for without seeing a receipt. The pace was not busy and they clearly new we had just been there. The staff were complete a**holes!!!
Always good, always fresh, always fast, always great service with a smile and enthusiasm. I've been to many Panda Express locations and never experienced one that disappointed me.
