The baked mushrooms were a nice touch, but the meat sauce contained very little meat and had an overpowering taste of tomato paste. Our waiter didn’t check on us at all, but he visited a much larger table several times. The first time we came here, the quality was decent, but it seems to have declined since then.

The waiter became quite rude towards the end of our visit, but the worst part was that my custom cake was ruined! I tried to reach out to the owner, but she seemed preoccupied when I called. As local business owners, they should prioritize accommodating their customers who support them. With the current economic climate, it's challenging enough for local establishments to compete with large chain restaurants. The owner's attitude has cost them not only my business but also that of my guests who were with me last night, as well as others we spoke to in the parking lot. Local entrepreneurs should strive to provide better experiences for their customers. It would have been nice to feel more valued.

As a local business owner, it’s crucial to cater to your customers, especially those who are helping support your business. Given the current economic climate, it’s especially challenging for local establishments to compete with larger chain restaurants. The way the owner treated me has not only lost her business from me but also from all my guests who were there, as well as others we spoke to in the parking lot. A local business owner should strive to provide better customer service. A simple apology would have gone a long way and would have been appreciated.
