Delicious, hot and fresh subs!! Hook Ladder our favorite!!

My favorite place for Subs. I don't know if it's just me, but the subs here taste better than other Firehouse subs I had. Awesome people, whenever they are wounded, they are nice and always have a smile.

We order our sandwiches through their app, and it's incredibly easy to place an order and simply pick it up, although sometimes there is a bit of a wait. The sandwiches are always made to perfection and customized exactly as requested, and the staff is consistently friendly. The sandwiches are simply amazing! We've even purchased sandwiches for neighbors recovering from surgery, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure every order is fulfilled. They even brought my order to my car for me! Talk about exceptional service!

Now, let's talk about the meatball sub—it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't stop thinking about it the whole day. It arrived piping hot, overflowing with melted cheese. Honestly, it was a wonderfully messy and tasty experience. I definitely should have ordered more to save for later!

The delivery was prompt, even during lunch hour. The sub was fantastic and made exactly to my specifications.
